Regan believes a home should reflect the way you live. She also thinks that building, renovating, or designing a home, or special space, can seem daunting. With this in mind, she founded Regan Billingsley Interiors, a firm for discerning home owners who are looking for professional guidance, leadership, and assistance in design projects that encompass the entire home - this is our passion.
After earning her Interior Design degree at the distinguished Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, Regan gained experience with prestigious firms such as Madeline Stuart & Associates, in Los Angeles, as well as Clodagh Design and Ralph Lauren, in New York City. This helped her build relationships with vendors on a global scale, giving her insight into the best products available to the design industry. She also learned the value of surrounding herself with a quality team, who can bring creativity and complimentary expertise, to the benefit of her clients.
Christa Macfarlan / Designer
With a communications degree from Penn State University, Christa worked for nearly ten years in advertising before pursuing a degree, and a career, in interior design. She believes a home should tell a story of who you are, and she spends valuable time building relationships with our clients to best understand their design intent, aesthetic needs, and lifestyle. Since joining Regan Billingsley Interiors, she has had the same goal for every project - to create spaces that help clients live more efficiently, reflect their personality, and realize the full potential of their home. Christa lived in Southern California for years, where she gained insight into comfortable, fresh, and family friendly design. She brought those design fundamentals back east, and now lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with her husband and young children.
Hillary Schwartz / Designer
A twenty year veteran of the interior design industry, Hillary has had the opportunity to work with luxury brands such as Kelly Wearstler, Dedon and Janus et Cie. Hillary has led a multitude of prestigious public and private installations, for both hospitality and residential, from Hollywood to the Hamptons. With each project, she was well regarded for providing the highest level of service to clients, something she combines with her extensive design experience for our clients. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara and matriculated at UCLA and the New York School of Interior Design. Hillary is a Los Angeles native, now living in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband, their three young boys, and their family Goldendoodle.
Lisa Devaney O’Neil / Project Manager
After receiving a degree in Interior Design from The University of Delaware, Lisa worked locally with The Kellogg Collection before starting her own business as a sales representative in the home furnishings and accessories industry. She led her business successfully for fifteen years before taking time off to stay home with her children. Lisa came back into the industry in the fall of 2014 as a project manager for a high end design firm in Rockville, Maryland, then joined Regan Billingsley Interiors in February of last year. Lisa’s extensive sales and business experience make her a key figure to our clients, in ensuring a seamless transition between ordering and installation. Lisa grew up locally, in Kensington, MD, and currently lives in NW DC with her husband, two teenage children, and two golden retrievers.
