"Regan Billingsley has strong lines and color planned for this teenage boy's bedroom. Charcoal stripes and a mix of geometric prints create a fun, masculine vibe that's not too serious. How could it be with those cool duck portraits planned for over the bed?"
Thanks, Michele, that's exactly the look we were going for!
Hope to see you all at the tour April 14 - May 12.
Kimberly has the following to say about our room:
"Pink is a fun color, especially if it’s accentuated with baby blue. A good example of how to use these two colors together is in this lively, coastal living bedroom designed by Regan Billingsley Interiors.. A combination of soft and bold shades of pink along with a few accent of baby blue within the lamps, rug, and decorative pillows add a perfect balance of charm needed to complete this lively design. When using these colors together it’s a good idea to find a neutral base color--such as white--that will keep your design flowing and balanced.

A little beach reading for our followers....
We have a snazzy feature article, written by Liz Hernandez, in the Cape Gazette Beach Paper. If you can't pick it up in person, you can find the article here:
When the Rehoboth Beach VIA Show House opened it's doors at 10am this morning, a steady stream of excited visitors oohed and ahhed over the transformation of what was once an aged beach cottage. The tremendous effort made by all volunteers, designers, artists, and landscape designers has successfully converted the house and gardens into a spectacular space for a modern family at the beach. We are pleased to announce that our room has been featured in several of the local publications. You can find us in this week's Coast Press: Coast Press Article, "Home Transformed for a cause FYI", by Alyson Cunningham, April 18, 2012.
The Show House was also featured in today's Cape Gazette, where you can get a glimpse into a few of the other designer's rooms: Cape Gazette, "VIA hosts Designer Show House", April 19, 2012.
It's sunny, warm, and the flowers are in full bloom in Rehoboth. Come enjoy springtime at the beach and stop by to see the Show House!
